Agile Research (U.S. Bank)
As part of the cross-functional team working on U.S. Bank's mobile app for online banking, I incorporated regular user studies into their existing process. In addition to running usability tests on a monthly basis, I advocated to conduct more foundational research in parallel.
Responsibilities:
-
Plan and organize research efforts for the consumer-facing app
-
Incorporate research into an agile, cross-functional team
-
Initiate and run cross-functional meetings to improve processes
-
Collate and analyze results
-
Present findings, insights and recommendations to stakeholders using PowerPoint
-
Oversee the participant recruiting process
-
Create moderator guides
-
Consult with designers, developers, and business analysts on the development of prototypes for testing
-
Manage technical setup for in-person lab studies
-
Moderate remote and in-person user experience research studies
-
Keep projects on schedule and within scope
-
Build a trusted advisor relationship with and outside the team
