Agile Research (U.S. Bank)

As part of the cross-functional team working on U.S. Bank's mobile app for online banking, I incorporated regular user studies into their existing process. In addition to running usability tests on a monthly basis, I advocated to conduct more foundational research in parallel.


  • Plan and organize research efforts for the consumer-facing app 

  • Incorporate research into an agile, cross-functional team

  • Initiate and run cross-functional meetings to improve processes

  • Collate and analyze results

  • Present findings, insights and recommendations to stakeholders using PowerPoint

  • Oversee the participant recruiting process

  • Create moderator guides

  • Consult with designers, developers, and business analysts on the development of prototypes for testing

  • Manage technical setup for in-person lab studies

  • Moderate remote and in-person user experience research studies

  • Keep projects on schedule and within scope

  • Build a trusted advisor relationship with and outside the team
