Evaluative Research (Wells Fargo)

I designed, conducted, and communicated User Research studies for the Physical Channels Design team at Wells Fargo. I mainly focused on streamlining the Teller experience across software, hardware, and their physical space. I also helped simplify the customer experience through actionable user feedback about ATM and PIN Pad interactions.
