About
I believe empathy should be at the heart of all design decisions.
User research allows me to methodically define a problem space, satisfy my keen curiosity about how different people respond to designs, and discover effective solutions.
My education at U.C. Berkeley and Master's at the University of Trento, in Italy, have helped me become a big-picture thinker who isn’t afraid to question assumptions. I relish in challenging myself and those around me. I'm enthusiastic, thorough, and pragmatic.
When I'm not thinking about how to improve interactions, I'm swing dancing, playing ultimate frisbee, and expanding my capacity for empathy through studying Compassionate Communication (a.k.a. Nonviolent Communication.)
